What can I expect from your characters?​ 

Engaging entertainment and character performance. We arrive in character, and do not break character throughout the duration of the event.  Please excuse us if we only answer to our character name.  All of our characters enjoy having a picture taken with special guests, and of course, each of them enjoys sharing a story or a song.  For more details, see our Packages and Pricing.


Who is the "lady-in-waiting"?

Our characters are accompanied to every event by at least one lady-in-waiting. The lady-in-waiting will assist the characters during their performance and answer any questions you might have about your character experience. Having a helper allows our actors to stay in character so that they can make magical memories for you and your guests. 


What age group usually enjoys your character performances? 

Children between the ages of 2 year old and 12 year old are most engaged by our performances, but our characters have been well received by guests of all ages.


How many guests can you accommodate during your performances? 

We can accommodate as many guests as your venue will permit.  It’s about making your event a “Happily Ever After!” We are there to entertain you and your guests.  We offer a variety of flexible performance packages which last from 1 to 1 ½ hours.  These specific entertainment packages are based upon approximately 15 guests under the age of 12 years old.  However, we are glad to customize a character performance which works for your event and venue.


Will you travel to event locations? 

Yes. We are located in Metairie, Louisiana. Our pricing includes anticipated travel to event locations within 20 miles of 701 Metairie Road, Metairie. We will accept bookings outside of this area, but there may be an additional charge for travel time. We have performed in the New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Mandeville and Covington area.


What type of event locations have you performed at? 

All kinds of indoor and outdoor venues. Venues vary and can include private homes, cafés, fine dining restaurants, private club rooms, parks, and amusement venues. We have performed at and can accommodate a variety of event locations. Admission fees or other fees associated with access to an event location will be responsibility of the host.


What kind of events do you preform at? 

All kinds of events. We love providing engaging character performance, so we accept bookings for special occasions, like birthday parties, and holiday celebrations.  We also accept bookings to do special appearances at restaurants and other venues who want to provide a character performance for their patrons.


I want Bibiddy Bobiddy Bash for my next event. What should I do next? 

Booking an event with us is easy. 1) Navigate to our Booking page and complete the  booking request form. 2)  You will receive an electronic copy of our standard contract via email. Kindly review and sign the contract. 3) Mail your signed contract to Bibiddy Bobiddy Bash, P.O. Box 9404, Metairie LA 70005, with the required deposit of $50. Please make checks payable to Emily Chatelain. After we have your contract and deposit, your date and time will be reserved for you. 


How will I confirm my booking with Bibiddy Bobiddy Bash? 

All events are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Based upon the information you provide, we will send to you a written agreement with your preferred contact information, details of your event, character choice, entertainment package as well as our standard terms and conditions.  We will confirm your booking upon receipt of the signed agreement and $50.00 deposit.


When is payment due for the performance? 

We accept payment in full by personal check received 48 hours prior to the performance date.  Please make checks payable to Emily Chatelain. ​Personal checks are not accepted on the day of the event, and we do not accept credit cards.  Balances paid on the day of the event must be paid in cash.  Upon arrival, our character will present the host a printed envelope showing the outstanding balance due. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to character performance. 


Do you have a cancelation policy? 

Yes, we do.  Our cancellation policy is part of our standard terms and conditions which you will receive upon booking.
